Corporate Culture Assessments
and Development
Vital Resources believe when individuals join an organisation,
they encounter values that may be aligned or misaligned with
their own. Using the values-based Corporate Transformation
Models and Tools, developed by Richard Barrett Associates
LLC, the cultural health of an organisation can be assessed,
blocks to realising its full potential identified and transforming
action recommended. These models and tools are helping build
visionary organisations, leaders and teams.
The assessment tools can be used with individuals, teams and
the complete organisation. There is also a 360 degree Leadership
Values Assessment to help build visionary leaders. The tools
can also be used when considering merger and acquisitions,
recruiting new staff and at exit interviews.
This programme involves initial discussion with the organisation
to help select and customise the tools. The questionnaires
are then completed on the internet, taking 20 - 30 minutes
each. Analysis and feedback on the responses can provide a
complete diagnosis of the corporate culture. In liaison with
the organisation, an action programme is then designed to
achieve the desired outcomes.
